JOHN O'HARA

O’Hara is true grit. One part Jack Bauer, one part Law & Order; O’Hara’s been around the block more than once. He has little time for pleasantries and even less for lies. O’Hara would sooner punch you in the face than listen to you drone on and on. If you are in John’s way, get out. It’s his way, no highway option.

John is a Detective with the Boston College Police Department. He is a former Jesuit, dropping out because “He couldn’t cut it.” He owes Father Don a major favor, but he’ll never tell anyone what it was, all that has to be known is that O’Hara would do anything for Don... but he’d only do it once.

Michael Fox '06

Michael Fox is a history major in the College of Arts & Sciences at Boston College. He is three minutes older and approximately 45 pounds heavier than his twin brother and “The B.C.” writer Ryan Fox. Mike feels “The Brothers Fox” are primed for world domination…

Mike believes himself a “man of many hats.” Those acquainted with Mike, however, know differently. They realize that his abnormally large Irish “Heed” makes it quite difficult for Mike to locate hats that fit him. That being said, Mike rarely wears hats, but frequently utilizes extended metaphors…

Mike is a study in contradiction. Thanks to a year spent at Oxford University, Mike regards himself as an unrepentant elitist. He counts rugby, cricket, watercress sandwiches, obscure Classical literature, Haute Couture, and Pimms and lemonade as favorite pastimes. Additionally, Mike regularly draws inspiration from the figures of Caesar Augustus, Otto von Bismarck, King Leonidas of Sparta and Fr. Don MacMillan. Yet, Mike is also undoubtedly a man of the people, a populist in the truest sense of the word. He enjoys haggis, PBR, football, manual labor, cheeky ploys, and all other pleasures of the simple life. He never underestimates the importance of a good “Pump” (supersets recommended). His are the hands that built America…

Mike wishes to extend thanks to: his family for their overly generous emotional and financial support and patience, Regis High School, Boston College, Oxford University, the Society of Jesus, Gabbo, his fellow Mod 28B residents, Daft Punk, Steven Colbert, Dick Wolf (You, sir, are a genius.), Tom Clancy, John Kennedy Toole, Roggie’s, Frank’s Red Hot, and Optimum Nutrition’s 100% Whey Isolate Protein.

Mike swears that he didn’t get the part as a result of nepotism.

The die has been cast…
